The Best Way to Plan a Remodel, isn’t for amateurs.

Do you “dog-ear” glossy magazine pages to remind you of where the best style is? Raise your hand if you’re one of those people who has a million Pinterest boards! Now keep your hand raised if your home is silkier and sexier because of it? More farmhouse chic? At least Hollywood Glam?! Whatever your jam, there are a million ways to plan a remodel. For an overhaul (you know who you are) you need to bring in the professionals, before anyone, (i.e. that drunk uncle) swings a hammer. Behold, the best way to plan.

Making Magic…

With technology these days, anything is possible, and gutting a home isn’t a shot in the dark anymore. We are so glad those days are over. So how do we turn a surf shack into a sexy beach bungalow? 3D Renderings. How do we organize all our thoughts, finishes and collective decisions? 3D Renderings. How do we have vital conversations with the construction guys about your home? It’s all in the magic of 3D Renderings.

Don’t try to DIY everything unless you actually want to go crazy…

Getting everyone on the same page is the most important thing when we change the built environment. This is serious stuff for many reasons.

  • Your property value.
  • The investment and developing budget.
  • Your process in making a house a home that is unique to you.
  • Your sanity!

When it comes to updating your space, it’s important that we do it in a way that respects the property itself. It’s quite possible that you love a Victorian aesthetic, but your home is all glass and concrete (sounds extreme but we’ve done it upon request). It’s possible to honor the best parts of what you love and adapt it to the bones of your home. Your decisions can make or break the resale value in comparison to your neighbors. 3D renderings take the guesswork out of it. It helps the designer to capture the look and feel of what you need. Then you can live the way you want to and sell for top dollar when you’re ready.

Planning with Precision

…is our best friend. We’ll introduce you (don’t worry, it doesn’t require you to do math). We measure the existing footprint of your home and make a digital twin of the space. We have the ability to take this twin and fully manipulate it. Making the changes that we discuss in our design meetings (i.e. knock out this wall, make the kitchen island bigger, let’s make the ceiling a robin’s egg blue, no, green; I meant butter yellow). These fine details help us (and your contractor), to determine exactly how much material you will need as well as the cost. 3D renderings also help you to see and change something before it ever gets built! A huge time & money saver.

We make it so that you feel more confident in your investment because the budget is as transparent as 3D rendered glass.

A Million Options

Next, let’s get into that Pinterest board! There must be a million great things in here but how do you decide which are for you? Let’s try it all on! This mix and match process is the best part about the design. That sexy, sultry, library inspired living room can be yours. Those upscale, champagne flute chairs are everything, but do they fit with your grandfather’s table that was refinished last year? Let’s see it all together before you buy them, shall we?

Luckily, you have a team.

Your space can look like one of those fancy magazines before the dust flies. Have your peace of mind all the way through knowing that everyone has the same expectations of the final product. If you are planning an upgrade, 3D Rendering is a sure bet in securing your sanity. Let’s do this together.
