Two women from our team purchased a home or moved in the last year, and with such a change in residence comes the question: how can I personalize my new space inexpensively and quickly? The answer is almost always – PAINT! Not only do you get to bring in your own personal palette, but it gives the walls a fresh new appeal that makes it feel more like – you.

Solution: Aristoshield by Dunn Edwards is a hybrid paint that doesn’t require a primer before you lay your first coat down and self levels. Ahhhh. Technology. Paint the island a fun color or the lowers a deep forest green, a navy, a mint or even yellow. Add some brass cup handles or brushed nickel and you look like Em Henderson took over your home.
